Remember to fill out the medical form to ensure there are no conditions that could affect your treatment. A £25 booking fee is required via bank transfer to confirm your appointment, which will be deducted from the total amount.

Kindly provide 24 hours' notice any rescheduling, or you will lose the booking fee, however, fee will apply to your next booking if rescheduled.
