    As calls are not answered, I encourage emails for a prompt response regarding availability. 

    Please remember to complete the medical form to ensure there are no conditions that could affect your treatment. A £20 booking fee is required via bank transfer to secure your appointment. Once you email to check availability, you will receive an invoice with payment details. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment.

    This policy helps confirm genuine bookings and ensures I am not left waiting unnecessarily.

    Kindly provide 24 hours' notice any rescheduling, or you will lose the booking fee, however, fee will apply to your next booking if rescheduled.
